This Thursday we bring you an absolute gem from the Pennant Motors Hall of Fame!

2000 BMW 740iL Orinocco Highline

This body style 7 Series, the E38, is widely regarded as one of the best looking european sedans ever made. For the two final years of production of this car, BMW offered a $3000 premium option package called "Highline." It was available in two flavors, Nachtblau, and Orinocco. The vast majority of these came in the Nachtblau variety which was finished in a special dark blue exterior color, and a two tone blue and ecru interior color. This, however, is an Orinocco Highline which means it was painted in the exclusive Orinocco Green exterior color with Ecru napa leather piped english green. They featured english green carpets and dash, and extended leather on the door panels. We estimate that less than 500 of these cars were ever made. This car now lives in South Carolina.
